Knee Defenders & Applications

Knee defenders are used for protection of knees during construction, road building and other works requiring high level of safety. These are supported as full assemblies with a pair of buttons and belts. Inlays made of sponge are provided to give excellent cushioning. Rubber quality is suitable in low temperature outside environment.

Sealing, Cable sleeves, Protection caps

We manufacture a wide range of rubber sealings. The rubber seal products in this category including industrial rubber sealings, industrial rubber gaskets, industrial rubber oil seals, and rubber seals. These are manufactured to specific customer requirements for critical application. Cable sleeves are made from high quality neoprene and used for sealing purposes. Protection caps are used for wiring harness.

Machinery Pads

Machinery pads are for sensor paver Machine and Excavator. These pads are designed for low ground pressure application in constructional and agricultural equipments.

Coupling Spiders

Elastic couplings reduce intermittent short period torsional shocks, by briefly storing elastically part of this shock energy. Any degree of uneven movement and load transference is consequently reduced. Elastic couplings restrain body resonance, and therefore contribute to noise reduction. The elastic Spider coupling transmits the torque safe against break-down.

Air Ventilation

This is a new technology developed basically a rubber. The old systems work as a nozzle, and mostly used in turnkey projects.

O Rings

O'ring is a loop of elastomer with a disc-shaped cross-section, designed to be seated in a groove and compressed during assembly between two or more parts, creating a seal at the interface. We specialize in the manufacturing of Rubber O-rings ranging from 0.070 inches to 15.000 inch inner diameter in various grades of rubber (Nitrile, Neoprene, Silicone, Viton, Polyacrylic and other speciality rubbers). They are used in Pumps & Valves, Mechanical Seals, Actuators, Hydraulic & Pneumatic cylinders, Filters, Lubricating systems, etc.

Rubber Bushes Grommets

A rubber bush is a type of vibration isolator. It provides an interface between two parts, damping the energy transmitted through the bushing. The bush separates the faces of two metal objects while allowing a certain amount of movement, which helps the suspension parts to move freely.
